Time for some self-adjustments again!

Today marks the beginning of my 4th week of self-employment and I feel better than ever: It is amazing what 8 hours of sleep each night and a consistent sleep schedule can do for you. Thanks to my amazing massage clients, I’m already surpassing my financial goals and am now ready to take my health and fitness goals seriously. I already know my way around the gym, but I have signed up for MMA personal training sessions and expect that to kick my ass. I have never subscribed to fad diets, supplements or routines and will instead focus on clean eating, heavy lifting, and  cardiovascular training. Some of my clients and fans have asked me to post my workout routines and diet, so stay tuned for those details in future posts. I welcome any comments or suggestions.
